Large entrance hall. Light and spacious open plan kitchen/dining room opening onto terraces and garden on two sides. Kitchen equipped with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Kenwood Chef, CD/Radio/Tape player. The large table seats 9 plus. A high chair, booster seat, potty and change mat can be made availablefireplaces in the main rooms.

Large sitting room with large original fireplace, 2 large sofas, two arm chairs, TV/Video/Sky. Wooden staircase leading to a quiet area where there is a sofa.

Laundry with double sink, boiler, WC and washing machine.

1 twin bedroom opening onto the gardens, 1 twin/double bedroom, 1 twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

First Floor

Wooden staircase leading form the main entrance hall onto a gallery which overlooks the main sitting room.

Master bedroom with double bed and a single bed for small children.
En-suite shower and WC. Safety gate and cot if required.

The Grounds

The main house dates from 1760 and is surrounded by 3 acres of beautiful grounds with a swimming pool and large fenced pond. Most of the ground floor rooms open onto terraces of the lovely gardens. There is an outdoor dining terrace and barbeque outside the kitchen, shaded by trees and a pergola of vines.

Well stocked picturesque gardens are surrounded by woods and corn filled fields. Wistena climbs the barn walls and climbing roses intertwine with branches creating dappled shade under the trees. A variety of rose filled flower beds, lawns and a lily decked pond are the background to the evening cacophony of frogs and crickets.
